The Day Spa Salon is a professional hair and beauty Salon based in Grangetown Sunderland. They offer a variety of popular beauty treatments including Electrolysis, Microdermabrasion and none surgical face lifts. In addition to the wide range of beauty treatments provided in the Spa, they also a Unisex hair salon in house which has been previously nominated as a one of Jane Iredale’s Salons of the year. Many years of providing high quality hair and beauty treatments has given them an enviable knowledge of the cosmetics industry, they stock a wide range of cosmetics which they now sell through the ecommerce enabled website.

Our task was to create a single site which would work as both a professional online brochure and ecommerce website. It was quite a challenge because the Spa offers a wide range of treatments and the ecommerce store has a huge range of products. With clever use of design, we managed to combine all of the required elements without compromising the professional image that our client wanted to convey to visitors. Offers of beauty treatments now sit happily alongside makeup, nail polishes and skin nutrition products which can be ordered and paid for through the website.
