WC Watts are a leading supplier of building materials based in Bridlington North Yorkshire. Their multi faceted business sells building materials and construction services. Watts had three separate websites and wanted to combine them all into one.

This was a large project with literally hundreds of pages. They asked us to come up with a design that visitors would find easy to use. Site navigation had to be clear and simple despite the large number of pages required. We worked to the client's brief and provided several design mock-ups.

Full size mock-ups allowed us to demonstrate a typical visitor's journey through the website pages. This helped our client to understand how the navigation worked and how all of the pages would appear. We created several custom page layouts for different kinds of products and services.

Once they were happy with the design we began to put the working pages together. This work included creation of the website categories and all page content. Our web admin team completed all of the work in house.

Each page links directly to a custom enquiry form. The system saves all enquiry messages in the contact manager. This allows the website admin to keep track of all the enquiries made through the site. He can view the status of any messages, reply to them and add notes if required.
